Our service representative will take your information and post it to our e-automate dispatching system.

Our printer technician will contact you within two hours of your call. he/she will try to solve your printer problem via telephone.

There is no charge if we can help you fix over the phone.

If our technician believe a service call is needed, they'll attempt to determine (when possible) what replacement parts the printer is likely to need.

You will authorize our technician via email for any parts if required.

Our technician will come to fix your printer for a flat labor rate of $75.00, plus $25.00 for travel time and mileage charge (Twin Cities Metro Area Only). Or you can ship your printer to our in-shop repair for a flat labor rate of $75.00.

The technician will repair your printer, if possible. If additional parts are needed, you will be asked to authorize the additional parts. No additional labor charge for the return trip.

The flat rate labor charge apply only to one incident per printer. If you have additional printers that need service or repair, you will be charge $75.00 per printer.

Our service warranty for 30 days for labor. Parts warranty per manufacturers.
